Lot of noise. No person at the front desk at the time of check out in the morning. The bed was very uncomfortable

Our stay was great! It was also my wife’s birthday and the hotel associate during check in made sure we had cake and champagne free of charge. The only issue was no options for free parking so you basically had to valet. Other than that great stay, clean hotel, and friendly staff.

The service provided by Chyna at the front was Outstanding. Chyna went above and beyond expectations. My wife and I will only stay at the Hyatt Regency when we come to Houston. Chyna needs to be the front desk Manager. Thank you Chyna for making our anniversary special
