Me and my husband stayed at this location and we both enjoyed and loved it. Great area, walking distance to mall and other places. Room was very clean along with the lobby apartment as well. Staff very friendly. We will definitely stay again when visiting Houston

Everything about my stay was great. I had an issue with the electricity in my room, but it was fixed immediately. My only recommendation would be to change the scent of the lobby air freshener, because smells as it like men's cologne

Check-in was great, Ashai in the front desk was so welcoming, The room was great and clean. Room service was nice as well. I was most excited for the pool and it was nice. They didn't have the pool side bar operational so that was a bummer and service to the pool was a bit complicated. Also the next day we went to the pool before check out and there were no towels, I called the front desk and they said they would refill them but never did. The lobby was very nice with bar and a cafe. The valet was reasonable and efficient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again for sure.

We had such a great experience during our stay! The entire front desk staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the valet team. They were absolutely outstanding. Every single time we came or went, they were efficient, attentive, and worked incredibly hard. They opened doors for us, helped load and unload our belongings, opened the car doors, and were always ready to help without us even having to ask. Their level of service really stood out and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the valet staff. Their professionalism, work ethic, and hospitality deserve recognition. Between them and the wonderful front desk team, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you for such a great experience!
