Room was downstairs with easy access for older person. Room was clean and neat. Great value for location. Felt safe in that area.

The hotel was great for a quick overnight trip. The room was well attended, clean, comfortable. More so than most hotels in a ‘budget’ price range. The staff was very accommodating, and I appreciated that check-out time was noon (typically 11). Would stay again if we have plans in the Heights area and would recommend.

The rooms were updated and clean. They do not clean during your stay (maybe you need to ask). Breakfast is basic. Personal do not understand English very well

It was pretty good only three things. I would say the bedsheets had a burn stain from cigarette. There were syrup on the desk that the housekeeping didn't see that I cleaned up and the showerhead because of the hard watering Texas needs to be soaked and some kind of acid calcium chemical, cause it limited the water coming out of the faucets other than that it was really clean though

I had requested a non-smoking room. As soon as i opened the door, it was obvious someone had smoked in there. I went to the front desk and they immediately gave us another room and checked to make sure it was good. The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to access and to get to everything near us that we needed.

Very nice little motel

This is a small hotel near an interstate. The room was clean and everything was in good shape. Bathroom is small but beautiful wide sink is out in the room area. Breakfast was simple and in a small room. There was a waffle iron but it was not powered up and had no batter. Perhaps if I had asked. There were a few noises during the night as to be expected in an urban location. Close to downtown Houston attractions.

Room was clean but needs updating & repairs. Sink drain is slow. Shower head partially clogged. Bed very comfortable. Musty smell. Loud arguing several times during the night and police were called.
