We like the location and price point of this hotel when we just need an overnight stay in downtown Houston. Great location to Downtown and Midtown. Unfortunately there have some major renovation going right now that would be have nice to know ahead of time. Still a decent hotel.

The staff were very helpful and polite. I just wish the fan in our room was not so loud while it was running. We had a hard time sleeping due to that. Regardless of that, the location was perfect and easy for us to get around town. Josh, and the other staff working in the kitchen and front desk were very polite. Kudos to the team!
