The front desk clerk, Natasha was very rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. She was answering calls with coworkers laughing in the middle of our conversation about them having no availability despite booking a room and being charged for it. She made comments like, “oh you have nowhere else to go, oh that’s so sad” while laughing about the situation instead of being helpful. She said that she wasn’t trained on how to cancel a room or give a receipt when asked to confirm I wouldn’t be charged for the room they didn’t have. She then continued to call someone on the work phone and laugh about our situation to someone; possibly a coworker at the hotel. It was outright disrespectful and unprofessional. I expected a way better experience from Holiday Inn Express. There was no client resolution services offered or any help whatsoever. I highly recommend anyone considering this property save their money and go elsewhere. No hospitality, no friendliness, no warm greeting…I can say nothing positive about this hotel and its business ethics.
