Nice but the carpets in the rooms felt tacky like they hadn’t been shampooed in quite a while and had visible dirt and grime on them other then that it was nice they had a good breakfast and the hotel staff worked very hard on making sure everything was stocked up and clean and all very friendly

This was my first time in Houston, Texas. The hotel was honestly very good. Very clean, quiet, and easy access around the area. Staff was always attentive and they acknowledged my group and I. Definitely would stay here again.

Very clean and located in area with easy access to major roads. Fairly nice residential neighborhood adjoining with a casual bar with food in walking distance (called "Down the Street"). Breakfast had fairly good choices although nothing was outstanding. Also great to have coffee and tea available all day and night.
