Upon check in, the staff was friendly. I had a one night stay. The room was very clean and included a microwave and mini fridge, which was a plus. The hotel was quiet and comfy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! We were in Katy for my husband’s hospitalization at Methodist West Campus… this is an ideal location! The hotel smelled like a luxury resort upon entry. The front desk staff were excellent and very friendly. We did not spend time at the lobby bar but it was inviting but not rowdy. We will definitely stay at Four Points again!

Loved my stay there! Parking: 10/10 lots of free parking The ambiance; 8.8/10, real cutesy! The staff: 10/10 super friendly and attentive Breakfast: 6/10 not much variety but loved the make your own waffle station Location: 10/10 you’re right off I-10 but you’re in Katy/Memorial so there’s amazing food places, HEB and Walmart nearby, and other things that are close by.

The hotel was convenient to a wedding I attended. It was clean and well kept. Check in was easy and friendly. The air conditioner was odd. When it reached the set temperature (68) the heat would turn on and blow warm air until it was above the set temperature and then it would return to cool and blow cold air again. It wasn't uncomfortable, but it was strange. I wasn't in the room except to sleep, so never reported it, but it was weird.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, nice, and welcoming. It was really comfortable in the room. I think the inconsistent Texas weather contributed to an almost funky mildew smell when you exit the elevator, but it wasn’t that bad, just noticeable. My only down side and/or complaint would be that the room didn’t get serviced, resulting in me having to go to the front desk to ask for towels. I was there for three days and luckily I was on a solo trip, so the towels lasted. I didn’t get service until the fourth day of my seven day stay. Overall, the hotel was convenient, nice accommodations, and served its purpose.
