I was genuinely surprised by how nice our room was

I’m not going to say I was expecting much for the price, we got the most basic room offered, but I was very happily surprised when I walked in, very clean, and the staff at check in was very nice. Will be staying again

Liked the gated key card access for parking and the parking and building was patrolled by security guard after dark. While the lobby and rooms were air conditioned, didn't like that the hallways and elevator was not. Also the 3rd floor ice machine only worked the first day I was there.

Great Customer Service

Pros: Great customer service and very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door! The hotel and room looked clean and loved the hardwood floors! They offer housekeeping daily which is a huge plus! Also, did like that they had the hotel gated! Cons: The bedsheets, towels, and shower wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The bedsheets had many spots! They didn't change the comforter when housekeeping came!

Motel 6? More like Motel 666.

No AC in lobby, smelled dirty, room had a microwave sitting in the floor, no shower curtain, and no housekeeping. Checked out early and refunded.

No Air Conditioning in the lobby, room was not ready on time. Elevator is scary clunky and loud... desk clerk was friendly and helpful, but you obviously don’t care much for your employees if you leave them sweltering in The Houston Heat this time of year... and if guests have to wait in the lobby, then their comfort means nothing to y’all either.

It has a foul odor in the hallways, I had dirty towels with stains and pubic hair on them. The shower hadn’t been cleaned properly at all and there was hair left in the shower by the previous guest. The grounds looked horrible and looked like a prison instead of a hotel.

A woman was beatin around 3am by a man ima assume was her husband while she screamed help to the top of her lungs. I had to call to report to the office and no one helped her. Scared me and my son to death hearing it in the hallway. Won’t be staying there again.
