Minimal breakfast/continental, small area to grab food. Rooms and facility very clean, looks newly renovated & well done. Front office/desk guy was very nice. Easy check in/out process. Convenient location for Midtown outting. I would stay here again & recommend this place.

Our door did not fully shut so we had to use the deadlock only, noisy, wifi didn't work, TV had no HDMI cord, forced to pay in cash... Room was very clean and well kept.

Room was nice. Only one sheet on the bed though. They called me on the phone when someone came to drop something off to my room thinking I had an extra visitor, but it was actually just me coming into my room which was a little weird, so in that regard security is good.

Clean room in very good condition. Wi-fi is a bit unstable and was considered to be unsafe by both my phone and computer; I usually don't have that issue in hotel, so be careful!

Lots of loud talk in foreign language in the morning and they knocked on our door and called us 30 minutes before our departure. It’s not a bad value but it’s a flip beds fast place.

My expectations for the hotel were not very high to begin with, but the experience was still disappointing. The person who handled my check-in had zero communication skills—no eye contact, no greeting, and no information provided. The room was quite dirty. There were women’s hairs on the towels and on the bed. I saw a female staff member, so they were most likely hers. I had booked a stay with breakfast included, but there was no one available to speak with in the morning. The only thing I saw for breakfast was a cereal station, but even that was locked. I wish I had felt as secure as the cereals, because they were locked behind metal bars and completely unreachable. As a result, I paid for a stay with breakfast included but did not receive breakfast for two days.
