Great place

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I felt very safe here. It was quiet and clean and updated. The area is well protected with lighting and cameras. It added a sense of security. Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I will definitely be staying here again.

“Very clean and quiet hotel with excellent accommodations. The surrounding area isn’t the best, but we had no issues during our stay. The pillows could be better, but it’s a minor detail. Overall, a comfortable and peaceful experience.”

I loved how the room was set up it looks like a house n it’s all clean nice n neat, love the staff members and how they clean the room n coming back from work smelling all freshhh ! i would always wanted to get more n more days

It was creepy there was no fire alarm there were flies and gnats in the window. The a/c unit was broken. It had a weired smell and the tried to cover it up with bleach it was horrible

I don’t know how the stay was because I didn’t get to stay there, I went to jail from there and I want a refund, don’t go there the laws come there and check everyone license plate cause they say it’s a known drug area

Room was as described I have stayed here before with my spouse in the past because I loved it. The previous time I had no issues besides parking. This time I stayed here I had issues with the staff and housekeepers. Housekeeping was literally banging on the door after our first night and when I say loud; it was loud! It woke up me and my spouse. My spouse answered the door to housekeeping and he told us that checkout was at 12 pm and we were supposed to leave. I told my spouse to go to the front desk to see what was going on and the staff had told him that the new hires messed up on the amount of nights we were supposed to stay, they charged him for one night instead of two so he had to pay again for another night. The front desk told him the Expedia app was irrelevant because the new hires didn’t check in the reservation correctly. After all of that happened the day we checked out housekeeping once again woke us up very loud at 11:15 am saying that it was time to checkout when housekeeping said the day prior checkout time was 12pm and the front desk said Expedia was irrelevant? Staff was Very disrespectful and they should learn to take better care of their guests.
