The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. He explained that it was a new inn so he was interested to hear about our experience. Having previously been a houston local I can say that this location is perfect. Its close to everything you’d need shopping wise. Also was not too expensive. I will definitely be back again.

We were told it was recently opened as of 4/2025. We stayed in the 3 bedroom room. Beds were comfy. The comforters are extremely thin though. Otherwise it’s a beautiful spot, the owners are very nice and accommodating. Super close to Sam Houston racepark. Will come back if we need to be in the area.

Quiet with a well lit parking lot. The check in/out was very quick and easy, but the only drawback for our room specifically was the bathroom door could only be opened from the outside. However, my friend’s room didn’t have this problem and the rooms are overall decent for a quick stay. The inn is also really close to Willowbrook mall and some other shops and restaurants. Overall a decent room for a good price, and good for a short stay maybe not for a longer stay.

Large rooms!!

The Crystal Inn was a nice hotel. The rooms were very large and had a full size refrigerator, sink and stove top. Beds were comfortable. We checked out before breakfast so we do not know how that was. The parking lot is a little small, but we were able to get a spot right in front of our room. The person at check in was very nice. We were basically there to sleep. It was late when we checked in and early when we left. So, I can't say a lot about anything else. I would probably stay here again.

Staff was really friendly. Room very clean and smelled good. My only dislike was the doors slamming all night, you could hear kids running in room next door, people talking all night, one guy was smoking a cigarette in front of my door and it came through the door somehow. The walls are PAPER thin, I heard the next door guest tv my entire stay. So noise was my only issue. Some noise is ok, but to hear everything isn’t good. Walls way to thin.

Great stay!

My partner and I drove to Houston for a show he was playing and we found this gem of a motel! We were skeptical at first but it turned out to be really great. The lobby was clean, the front desk host was super helpful and quick with our check in. Our room was clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. We will most definitely be staying here again!
