We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, our room was spotless and the location was fantastic. Many of the staff members were kind and helpful. However, customer service wasn't entirely consistent across the board, and we were really bummed that the pool was closed—especially since the kids were looking forward to swimming.

The check in process was quick and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel was so beautiful. The hotel overlooks a small lake and there is a nice outside area and fire pit.

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve in Luis having to drive back home down to Pearland Texas. It was clean. The staff was fantastic and accommodating as soon as we walked in and we had the opportunity for a late check out. It was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.
