Check in and check out were very easy and convenient. The staff was very accommodating although at times difficult to find. The eating facility within the hotel is also convenient. Walking distance to eating places and shops. Very clean hotel. I recommend.

We checked in the room and it had a really bad smell. I called front desk and the receptionist moved us within 5 minutes to a new room. Very good customers service but i wasn't sure why the fist room smell so bad.

The facility is nice enough, and it's close to the airport. Parking is annoying because you usually have to use the garage and get someone at the front desk to validate your ticket each time you want to leave. The bathrooms don't have audible ventilation, and the showers are constructed with glass panels that aren't long enough, so water sprays onto the floor.

who needs sleep

no mention of a parking fee not included in the original price. 12 additional dollars, Hotel was full of youth football teams, I'm pretty sure they were playing a game on the floor above us until 3:30 in the morning.
