We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff is always polite and they always accommodate us with the location of the room we would like the rooms are clean and neat and the location is close to dining and shopping and right off of the main highway so nothing is hard to get to

The Good: The property is clean, rooms are large, the beds comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good area, 15 mins from Katy Mills. The Bad: There’s a $50 deposit/charge for “damages and incidentals” that isn’t mentioned at booking, (only at check-in and takes 5 days to come off) and they don’t refill breakfast items from the Free Buffet. Also, pool is in-door and unseated, literally freezing cold. Good value for the price if you just need a good, clean room to sleep.

We arrived and checked in after a long drive. Jay was helpful in accommodating our request for a first floor room and gave suggestions for fining in the area. The room was perfect to relax in after our swim. Morning was started off right with the breakfast provided by the hotel. If I’m in Katy, Texas again….i will be staying at Comfort Inn!

Upon arrival, getting my access key was very easy; my room was clean, and the night was very quiet, without any issues. At breakfast, everything looked delicious and appetizing. There was no coffee, but the receptionist was so kind and got more for us. We are grateful for all the staff's hard work in ensuring every guest gets the best experience. God bless you.
