The lobby area was nice. The rooms, workout area, and hallways were very dirty. No carpet areas had been vacuumed for a while. We went through three rooms in our two nights there before getting an air conditioner that “mostly” worked. Breakfast was just okay with limited supplies so you don’t want to sleep late or you missed it. Staff was friendly though, and location was close to the Space Center.

I booked this hotel because it had decent reviews and pictures. However, when we finally arrived, it was totally different than what was shown. Like another persons review, I don't know how it has such good reviews, they have to be fake. Look at Rachel Brock's photos, because that's what you will receive. That review she left is exactly spot on. No one changed the sheets nor changed the towels. I had to go down and ask for new towels myself. A room of 4, 2 towels? Breakfast was a disappointment...we just went out to eat. The room smelled like a smokers room when I requested a non-smoking room. Never again.
