My stay here was amazing. It was my daughter‘s fifth birthday and she was able to use the pool to ride her motorcycle and enjoy the facilities. They are great with kids and families and are very accommodating.

It was a weird hotel stay. It looks like a new hotel, but not super clean. The bathtub is very short, and the shower curtain didn't stay in well. The shower head had poor pressure and was a drizzle that you had to stand really close to the wall to get under. The smoke detector on the ceiling flashed a green light all night long right over the bed. Breakfast was questionable. The kitchen and the mop bucket room, were the same. The hotel smelled a bit like curry. On the bright side the beds were comfortable:)

Good things: Fantastic staff. Very attentive. Clearly cared to do a great job. Good breakfast. Remodeled hotel. Spacious and comfortable. Meh: Lobby light bulb temperature is way too cool—felt like a hospital. Reno’s left little signs of mess everywhere. Elevator had paint on the threshold, bathroom had gummy material stuck to floor, shower showed signs of construction mess. Overall, considering the good price, I would stay here again. It was a good experience. Just change those lightbulbs to something warm and inviting. 4/5 stars.

Betty at the desk was pleasant. Hotel is welcoming and smelled good. Neat and nicely arranged. The room has visible upgrades and comfy beds. Tub and shower were dated and a little messy, but overall a good room.

The service and stay was great. The only issue we had was the room had a weird faint smell, though it could of be the cleaning supplies that are used. It went away after the first day. Other than that, we had a good stay and will stay again if need be.

The room was clean and the bed was excellent. However the door to the room needs repair and has to be slammed to close it (very noisy). Also the shower head needs to be replaced. It barely sprays and doesn’t adjust to different spray patterns. I also noticed that many of the floor tiles in the elevator were broken and loose.

We weren't asked what level we would like when I came back to get a cart not even a min later I was hearing front desk offering the next person in line what level they won't like and what amenities were in each level. I'd like for everyone to be treated equally. Very important to communicate this to your staff
