A/C was fine, moved the dining table out of the way to help the cool air make its way across the room. Bed was old and squeaky with low end sheets and blanket (to be expected) but it was comfortable to sleep in. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Parking is very tight if the place is busy. I was there for Cook Off and Rodeo so they were booked.
