“We enjoyed our stay at the Delta Marriott. After an early start and a lot of driving, we were ready for a dip in the lovely pool, and to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an issue with noise from a boisterous group in the room next door and asked if we could change rooms. Our request was dealt with admirably; the receptionist upgraded us to a better room free of charge, and also spoke to the group next door to us about the noise level, so that...

“The room was very good but the bathroom was disgusting. I’m unable to upload the photos I took . I cut my heel on the cracked shower tray. Photo unable to download . I obviously complained and the receptionist said - we will give it a deep clean. I said that I thought that was a good suggestion but it wouldn’t fix the cracked shower tray . Got back very late on the 2 nd night - nothing had changed and the filth still there. Absolutely nothing had been done. Complained to the new receptionist...
