My husband and I went to Hot Springs to relax, enjoy a couple of spas and do nothing. We were a little disappointed that the Jefferson Pools are closed. The area needs a little more of shopping stores.

To far away from anything ! Resort was very nice and very expensive. Staff should give a tour of property and amenities to new guests.

Think parking fees are too high.I was unaware and the staff graciously removed the charges but think with $39 daily resort fee, self parking should be free
