The hotel is in a good location that allows access to Bath House Row as well as the newer parts of Hot Springs such as Oaklawn. The room and all other parts of the hotel were kept very clean. We would stay here again.

Wonderful experience. Very courteous and helpful staff. All the facilities were clean without overly scented cleaners that cover up more than actually clean. Breakfast was pleasantly laid out with fresh food. Room was comfortable with bed and furniture in perfect shape. We will definitely return.

The stay was great. Logan and Lisa were great front desk concierges when I had questions. The location just a few minutes away from Bathhouse Row was helpful in avoiding lunch and dinner crowds.

I liked that it was off the main road in town and was located further off the road. The breakfast was very good!! We also liked having the mini kitchen area as well. If we go back to Hot Springs, we will be staying here again.

Perfect hotel experience! Comfortable beds. Spotless room. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Simple but tasty breakfast every day. We stayed in a room with stove, fridge and microwave so we saved lots of money that we would have spent dining out. There's really only one thing more I could have asked. There is one ice machine only and it's on the ground floor. Not sure why many of the new hotels are doing this. Evidently it costs them a fortune to have ice machines on every floor like the customers expect. A minor inconvenience but I'm trying to be completely honest and objective with this review.
