The room was nice and well maintained, if maybe just a little old. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. For a one-night stay, this checks the boxes.

Staff were great, room was clean, and breakfast was good! Room smelled a bit like stale smoke but other than that, I can’t complain! Great place to rest your head as a weary traveler.

This property is in a great location, away from the busy highway, great views, very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and clean. The bathroom/shower was very clean. Staff was super helpful and recommended the adjacent Mexican restaurant which was excellent.

Room was clean and mostly quiet, although not very sound proof as I could easily hear noises from the hallway and next door. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient for a quick bite to eat.

This hotel was a very good choice. It was quiet, clean and near a great Mexican food restaurant. We required handicap accessibility and the bath room was the best we have ever had. The setting is a short way out of the city of Hot Springs and very beautiful. And it was affordable!

Lobby and halls were clean and very well lit. The staff was quite helpful and friendly, The WiFi was annoying because our phones picked it up but for some reason that no one could explain my laptop wasn't able to get it even though it was getting the signal from other places Wi-Fi and hot spots in the area. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The air conditioner was quite tricky to run because one of the knobs was missing but we managed to get it working pretty well by trading the knob between the two setting controls, I think they could use a serious upgrade for the very old AC units. A nice place to stay overall though, would be nicer if they had a pool but if you aren't looking for that you will have a nice stay here.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. We needed one extra spot for my youngest child to sleep and they brought us an extra mattress and sheets and blankets, so she didn’t have to sleep on the floor. Very sweet. We appreciated them going above and beyond.
