The staff was excellent - despite being booked completely full between firefighters and Sturgis motorcyclists, not to mention a computer system on the fritz, the front desk staff were extremely professional and efficient. Breakfast was really yummy, and we absolutely loved the place. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

This is a great room for the price. They have recently renovated their rooms and you could really tell a difference. The beds were super comfortable, the paint was nice and clean and the rooms were really fresh looking. There's always lots of parking available and the staff was really really great at check in. Plus, it's very quiet in the rooms. A few things that I didn't love about it, the pillows on the bed were very small and uncomfortable, the amenities in the bathroom were very minimal and the TV didn't always work.

Conveniently located for a road trip slightly dated but does what it needs to do the jacuzzi very small people can eat their breakfast whilst watching you. Have fun with the jacuzzi, ample breakfast.

The front desk check in was smooth and fast. The lady helped me with food options and was very informative. Room was spacious and clean. We had to leave early for activities so did not eat the free breakfast or use the hot tub. Great affordable stay if in the area.

When we visit Hot Springs, this is the place we choose to stay since the location is convenient, the staff is very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, traditional breakfast is provided. Price is reasonable Overall, very good service, only this time the pool was out of service and we do like to swim but oh well, maybe next time.

Good USA theme. But for USA it should have been exceptional. I like the big breakfast area. The pool is being redone, and other construction going on. But looks like they are trying to improve it. Staff were great. There was a stain on the bed frame dressing and hook for bathroom door came off. Nice outside park area. The room was big with a couch. Price for a night was comparable to others. Ok.

The Spa was great. Wished the pool had worked, but we enjoyed the spa. Seemed like the breakfast supply was a little low, however, that was likely related to being short staffed and people trying to check out during the breakfast hours. Tge beds were really comfy!! All in all a great stay.

Well, you can tell they are in the middle of remodeling/updating…so it should look nicer when it is done as things look pretty well worn. Pool was unavailable for use at this time, though hot tub was available. Had I known they were fixing up, I would have chosen a different property in Hot Springs. It is a 2 star property… towels are on the thin side but our room was clean and the area quiet. I didn’t try the complementary breakfast…my spouse said it was very limited. We did get breakfast one morning at the attached cafe and it was great! Truly like a home cooked meal. All staff we met were kind and helpful.
