I can’t stress enough, how important it is to have a clean room and facility. Our room was clean, updated and nice. The facility was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered many items to choose from and the dining area was very clean. They allow pets, I think the first one is free.

The breakfast was sufficient and included fresh waffles, cereal/milk, yogurt, limited pastries, juice, coffee, and 2 or 3 bananas each day that were starting to brown. The staff were amazing and helpful. This is a pet friendly property, both dogs and cats. The shower did not drain properly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

Access to a trailhead right into Hot Springs National Park is right behind the building. And it’s only a short drive to Bathhouse Row. This property is a hidden gem. I would have given it all 5 stars except the walls are thin. You can hear just about everything and smell the coffee being made next door. The property is close to downtown and the casino. We felt safe staying at this location.
