I was very comfortable. It was quiet it's cute it has a very easy check-in and out process. It is very close to downtown but yet off enough to not be too busy of a surrounding.And it is close to gas stations and stores for things that I needed. I definitely recommend and look forward to my next stay

This hotel is a really great place to stay for your trip to visit Hot Springs. It is about a mile walk for more of the more popular amenities (bathhouse row, etc..) My family and I would stay here again!

It was almost "just right". I wish there was a small shelf in the room by the bed, a place for the remote or reading glasses. The instructions weren't very clear about what to do with the room key (place them in the box by the pool-what pool). Also the bathtub is slippery when wet. Good location, close to everything but also not the nice part of town at all.

This was on older motel/travel court from way back. It has been renovated and updated and the room was really nice. The only thing negative I can say is that the toilet is in a weird place and is hard to use especially if you have mobility issues. In all fairness I didn't mention any kind of mobility issues we were having but even if there are none it is a difficult thing to navigate. I would suggest removing the closet on the other side of the wall and the problem is solved.

It's hard to give an adequate star review for an older motor lodge as they will never be perfect and each is unique. But that's part of what contributes to the stay and what makes them a favorite to stay in when I travel. As far as an older motor lodge goes this is a really well kept property and I would definitely stay there again. There were some original things that were kept that were evident both in good condition and the not so good (but once again, this is NOT a bad thing, it's an old motor lodge and that is part of the charm). The staff was very helpful and everything was clean and comfortable.

This is a cute renovated motel that is close to the Hot Springs tourist area and bath houses. It is not a luxury hotel but is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay close to everything. All communications is handled via text to get your check-in time, room and door code. Be aware the door code will not work until check-in time, we were a few minutes early and thought something was wrong, I texted the number and got a response almost immediately. We enjoyed staying here and if we are ever back in Hot Springs would stay here again.... By the way there is a great donut shop right down the street that we walked to both mornings on our way into the tourist area

Great place to stay in Hot Springs, just 15 minute walking distance from the Arlington and everything. Have been here twice now and it's been clean, quiet and comfortable each time.
