Staff very friendly and helpful. Facility very dated, curtains falling off windows and counters very stained. Lobby had weird smell. But beds comfortable.

This place was ok, but short staffed, in fact i only saw one person. Our air conditioning didn’t work, we got our room down to 88 degrees. Being pet friendly people were walking their dog late at night, barking in the hallway at 3am is not a good thing.

Very uncomfortable beds on metal frames that squeaked whenever anyone moved. Made for a restless night. Staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. Town has extremely limited dining options after 7:30 which hampered our enjoyment. There's a Dairy Queen and Subway open after dark, plus a couple bars. Not a city we'd stay in more than a night, and would probably get a different hotel with quality beds.

Booked because breakfast was susposed to happen . Not even coffee was prepared desk staff should be able to make coffee . No food no coffee . Someone at the desk should be able to help with basic things . The pillows were very old and small and flat. covers didn’t even fit to pull up and cover up . Air was too noisy to use .the light were dim couldn’t even read a book.

3 day stay for three people, only received two towel set up each day and had to ask; not enough staff but the two we did meet (check-in & maid were very nice); quiet, convenient location, our room was fairly clean except for a DQ shake left behind TV; stayed there couple years ago & was under renovation then and still but pricing is reasonable.

Good location. Needs maintenance and employees to help out inside and clean up the parking lot for a better appearance. They shouldn't let pickup & trailers take up the parking meant for cars. They have a gravel spot meant for them already. The entry doors need attention. That is the first impression that you get when walking in the place! The manager looks like he is shot from running around doing things. They need help and look more professional. First impression can be a bad thing or a good thing. Breakfast area should be open! At least someone to make coffee! I've never stayed anywhere that they didn't offer COFFEE!

It a great place to stay and shower. There are few that need touch up. Window lock is broken, hole in wall that had not cover up. No hair dryer and iron/iron board. Breakfast is limited. It would be nice if they had like fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, miscellaneous.

The breakfast was not very good. They didn't have a lot of choices to pick from and the juice machine was broken for most of our stay.

We had an awful stay at the hotel. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the bathtub. Fridge was smelly. The latch on the door was broken so we couldn’t lock ourselves inside. Would definitely stay away!

I am usually not one to complain, but I must. My daughter and I stayed at the Econo Lodge in Hot Springs on our way home from Wyoming to Minnesota. The room was filthy. The base of the toilet was covered with urine, hair and pubes. The deadbolt on the door didn't work and we had to push the door very hard to even get it to lock. One of the towels was stained with yellow and it looked like there was urine on the wall. I doubt I will ever stay at another Econo Lodge.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is actually smaller than it seems in pictures, you can't swim in it. Breakfast was pretty sad, just cold cereal, plain bagels, and oatmeal packets. No juice. No fruit. No muffins. Looks like they had a waffle maker and juice machine, but they were broken. Someone left the side door open and the entry way was filled with hundreds if not thousands of dead moths in the morning. Our room only had a portable AC unit, and it was 90+ degrees in Hot Springs when we were there. Room temp never got below 79. Quite toasty.
