The condo was roomy and nice. Great location to watch your kids in the pool. Only complaint was the beds were like sleeping on a rock. So hard we might as well have been on the floor.

The code for the gate and door was emailed to me. I had to call management for the pool closest to the room and for the tennis court codes. The amenities at the front of the complex you'll pass are NOT for this unit. The place looked liked the pictures. There was dishes still in the dishwasher. The master shower door was was missing a bracket on the right side. The door hangs and you have to squeeze past the toilet to use the other door. The towel holder fell the 1st time we took a towel off of it. It looked like they tried to glue it to the wall once the anchor failed. There were loose quarter round for the floor throughout. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa. (Which is fine if they had mentioned that in the listing. I would've brought some from home instead I had to go out and buy bedding.) The laundry room door does not close all the way, so be aware if you have little ones. The listing states laundry detergent included but there wasn't any. The pantry door does not open but about 1/3 of the way. It gets stuck on the uneven floors. While we were there, water started pouring from a light fixture over the wet bar. We went outside and saw a man from the management company outside. We told him about the water and he just laughed and said a/c above us was frozen. He never came back to check the damage. There wasn't much in the way of dishes. Master balcony door doesn't lock. The towels under the master bath cabinet were damp. Their Damprids throughout were all full.
