Amazing service

Great hotel located next to a busy highway, possibly the best hotel in Hosur. Points worth noting: 1. Service is impeccable. 2. Got a free upgrade to presidential suite. 3. Large variety of breakfast (mostly Indian dishes), special cook-to-order dishes are available such as omelette. 4. Rooms are slightly dusty. 5. Close to Hosur city center, but not close enough to travel on foot. 6. Swimming pool and gym facilities are present, although I did not use them.

Previous stay was great. But this time ain't all the good. Room was poorly lit, television couldn't be turned off, air-conditioner was blowing directly onto the bed, toilet had a mouldy smell, service was average. Overall felt like at best a 2.5 out of 5 stars hotel.
