Vacations Close To Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital

The staff at the front desk were helpful and responsive. However, there were some major issues. At one point I walked out of the hotel to find my car parked in front when I didn't request it. The front desk didn't have a good answer for why so I asked them to verify the claim check number when someone called for it. The front desk person made a note, but the next time I called, they didn't verify the claim check number. Maybe it's best to get the key back after they park it? Also, there was one point at which there were 5 pending charges on my credit card totaling over $500. When I asked the front desk about this, they apologized and said that there was an error and they would fix it. At the current time, there are still nearly $400 of pending charges on my card. The room was fairly clean when I got there, but had a sort of musty smell that persisted throughout my stay. When I got the room cleaned, the room was vacuumed and the bed linens and towels were changed, but the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. Also, the surfaces in the room were not cleaned properly either. They have a coin laundry room with no coin machine and don't offer quarters at the front desk. That doesn't make sense. Breakfast sometimes didn't include water. They seem to have run out and didn't replace it later in the morning. The room was rather noisy. I could hear every door open. Didn't feel like I had much privacy. AC was also loud, but those units are always loud.

Definitely a cheap hotel, and showing its age. I booked a king room and got a two queen room. We didn’t try the breakfast or any other amenities.

Staff was super friendly thats about the only good thing I could say about my stay. The room was gross especially the bathroom the the bedding. The room next to our had their smoke alarm going off for an hour which I dont fault the hotel for.
