“Was fab . Breakfast was delicious .”

“Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day.”

“A fabulous place to stay for exploring Bristol city & area. Great public transport links so car isn’t needed.”

“The apartment was so roomy . Space to park and a great little pub at the end of the road . Nick was an excellent host !”

“I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round. “Muy recomendable ”

“Thanks for the stay traveled with a baby for 2 days check out is 10 am how ever there was no fuss checking out at 10:30 fault of my own cleaning up the pots and pans I used”

“It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”

“Very nice flat. Only gripe was no shower, only bath (a very nice one) in one bath room.”

“Excellent accommodation in an excellent location. Close to the Royal Crescent with a lovely pub in the Marlborough Tavern close by. And just a 15 minute stroll into the centre of Bath. The host was always available, and immediately helpful when we couldn’t get to grips with the thermostats. Parking is on the road but very quiet and safe, and booked in by the host. Recommend to stay.”

“Brilliant location, lovely little apartment, would definitely recommend & will definitely stay again!”

Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. “Great location.”
