Comfortable and clean

Accommodation was good value, comfortable and clean. It was in a great location with free parking on site. It is an older building but they have done some modernising of the bathroom. Overall would stay again.

Unexpectedly good value. Clean, all necessary facilities (and more), awesome owner. Style is a bit dated but I don't want to pay extra for "style". It's on a main road so traffic noise may be an issue for some people but it wasn't for me. I wish I had found this place years ago and I would definitely stay there again.

200 metres from a good pub for a meal. Hungry Jacks & McDonalds close by for breakfast. A bit noisy due to traffic. A bit of maintenance needed eg. leaky tap, lights tot working.

Accomodation was budgetary so didnt expect too much, but horsham gets very cold in winter and the A/C heating was inadequate. more so because the vents in the bathroom and kitchenette windows were fixed open.
