“We found the staff friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was good and plentiful. The rooms, at least ours, have been modernised but are on the small side; offering little space to relax when not out, dining or sleeping. This is not helped by the lack of comfortable furniture on which to relax in the public area (emphasis on the 'pub'). “In this hotel romm was a fridge, ar fryer and microwave, never seen that before. A selection of cups, plates and cutlery completes the scene. Think it would be a good idea to add a coffee machine and sell pods in reception. Been there before and will definitely use it next time in Norwich.”

“Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...
