Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Everything waq clean. Breakfast was good, a bit of everything. Parking is in front of the hotel but is paid (80 DKK). Many charging possibilities, but the EV charger in front of the hotel (OK) can only be used by native Danish people. But there are fast charging possibilities in the nearby Cirkle K at walking distance. Bed and pillow were basic. Not that high quality but okay for 1 night. The door of the bathroom shuts down automatically and really hard. It's dangerous for children.

Valgte hotellet fordi der var nem mulighed for sen indtjekning. Fik tilsendt kode til nøgleboks og oplyst værelsesnummer. Nøgleboksen var tom ved ankomst sent om natten. Fik hjælp fra medarbejder på oplyst nødnummer som kunne kode nye kort til værelset. Da vi låser os ind på værelset bor der allerede nogen derinde, som åbentbart har fået udlevet det nøglekort der var tiltænkt os. Mit navn stod på deres kort. Voldsomt ubehageligt for både dem og os! Nødnummer-medarbejderen måtte igen i gang og fandt et andet værelse til os. Hvad der skulle have været en nem løsning for os med den indtjekning blev en ubehagelig og utryg oplevelse. Vi brugte en del tid på at få det hele udredt -midt om natten hvor vi trætte bare skulle have været hurtigt i seng. Vi sørgede for at sætte kædelås på døren, for ville der mon komme nogen og åbne døren ind til os mens vi sov?! Vi fik god hjælp at personalet som også beklagede hændelsen. Vi blev ikke tilbudt nogen form for kompensation eller opgradering eller noget som helst. Hotellet var som sådan ok standard til en enkelt overnatning og morgenmaden var udemærket. Men med så lidt styr på indtjekning og udlevering af nøglekort kommer vi ikke igen en anden gang.

Mooi en nieuwe hotel langs de snelweg bij Horsens met attent personeel en goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Ruim voldoende laadpunten voor elektrische auto’s beschikbaar en tevens snelladers. Let op: Nederlandse laaddruppel werd niet geaccepteerd, dus je moeten even de OK app downloaden en een account aanmaken. Ontbijt is prima, had wat uitgebreider gekund en voor zakelijkere reizigers onhandig omwille van tijd dat je zelf je ei moet koken in een pan kokend water. Geen koffie- of thee faciliteit op de kamer.
