“The restaurant meal was excellent and the staff very obliging when we arrived later than expected. We stayed two nights during the week. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had to ask for two lightbulbs to replace dead ones and there was only one set of towels for the two of us. There was a hand wash, but no body wash or shampoo for the shower, which tends to be expected these days. “The property could do with a bit of updating in the rooms especially the bathroom and some painting. They offed a reasonable menu and the food was excellent. We found all the staff to be friendly one impartial was Liv she check to see if the room was ready as we were early and wanted to go out.We were meeting friends for lunch she came over to remind us of kitchen closing time and tell us about fish Friday deal,the service she gave throughout our stay was excellent she was so helpful”
