As this is a pet friendly property, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean our room was and how exceptional the entire hotel was. The last hotel we stayed in was really horrible (filthy, from the carpets to the bathroom in our room). It's always nice to stay in a place where care is taken.

All staff we encountered during our two night stay were all very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. Breakfast was good, we appreciated that it wasn’t only bagels and waffles but also eggs and some type of meat. Our room was clean. The only downside was our bathroom had a smell to it upon arrival but nothing that affected our stay.

I checked in past midnight, and the hotel was able to accommodate my late arrival without any issues. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, they even helped me find a wonderful Italian restaurant for dinner on my second night. The rooms were cozy, and comfortable, the bathrooms were also very clean. Breakfast was also good. Overall, the staff really made the stay feel welcoming, and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel lobby and Room was clean but the carpet was very dusty and no one helps with luggage as well so be ready to do on your own. Requested for Room service on 3rd day but didn't show up. All the reviews about Room service being bad is actually true. But it's not bad for a one night stay. Breakfast was just ok. Staff were good.
