View is amazing but location of our room wasn’t the best, we were at the back of the hotel and our room looked out at fire escape, smoking area for staff and bottom floor room which had an outside area, the people smoked and staff late at night and early morning so as it was warm the windows were open and the. “Lovely old fashioned traditional hotel where guests are always right ! I was very impressed when I booked an evening meal . I had warned them I have numerous food intolerances . I hoped they would have something I could eat so was blown away when I was given a menu especially made for ME !! Ventnor is quiet and quaint . Only thing I struggled with was the room was very very warm so sleeping was tricky and it was very small for two .”
