“Its a quirky building and we had to duck a couple of times. The room was clean and comfy with all the amenities required. The restaurant offered a good selection and did cater for Gluten Free. We ended up having a very enjoyable 3 courses with drinks. The complementary breakfast was delicious too. All the staff we interacted with were polite and lovely but the star was Zoe. She showed us to our room, made sure we had a table near a breeze in the restaurant. Made recommendations and was so...

“Room is clean and quiet. Air-conditioner is definitely a plus during heatwave. We were able to have a nice sleep after a day long activity. Staff are very helpful to accommodate our request. On Sunday, the bar closes a bit earlier, so we missed the last order time. But we were able to have a dinner at the bar on a weekday. The food quality is superb in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again next year.”

“Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed overall a lovely stay”

“My wife and I stayed for three nights at Bartles Lodge in August 2026. We were warmly welcomed by proprieters upon arrival. The premises were clean and comfortable, we opted for a continental breakfast and the selection offered was excellent. We ate two evening meals which were hot and tasty and well presented. “I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou”

“Accommodation was clean and tidy evening meal excellent together with breakfast we cycled to the property and they were able to store the bike securely”

“Quaint old coaching inn set in a medieval village. Hearty full English breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. A good place to tour Norfolk from.”

“Stylish, luxurious, discrete, and an absolute joy to stay in! loved The Dial House.”

“Great place next to nice pub with good food and beer. Plenty of off road parking, spacious and well laid out room with easy chair, desk chair, tea, instant coffee and pod coffee, biscuits and fridge. No breakfast, so take your own. No reception so be aware that you need to provide a mobile number in order to receive a digital key, or chack your emails for instructions on how to retrieve a key card.”

“Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk.”
