Staff at the desk was very helpful and polite, the property itself is quite nice, although be did say it's under renovation but was still really good, furniture currently a bit outdated but still nice for it's age, also very close to the airport. Would definitely come again.

Quick stay before early flight next day - very friendly guy at front desk, did a wake up call and helped my taxi find the place. Would definitely stay here again

Basic accommodation but with nice little touches such as free water bottles and soft toilet paper added to the experience. The room was large and clean, with enough beds for families. Eias in the reception is accommodating and helpful. This cosy place has great potential. Definitely recommended!

Made very welcome and Eias enthusiastically explained the new owner is in the process of updating everything. The room was clean and comfortable, Gatwick airport conveniently close by and there’s a little Sainsbury’s just over the road. Hopefully a new sign will go up soon so it’s easier to find. The London Gatwick Inn was a disappointment. The reception area was okay but the room was run down and in a poor state. The desk was broken and taped together to stop it falling apart, the tv remote was dirty (I had to wipe it down myself), the bathroom toilet paper roll was broken and so the toilet paper was on the floor, there was mould in the bathroom and the chairs were dirty. It was close to Gatwick (only an 8 min bus ride away) but I would not recommend it. The management needs to do some simple TLC to ensure it looks presentable for guests.

We checked in at 10 PM. At 10:20 PM, we were informed there was no hot water due to a broken water heater. Why weren't we notified immediately so we could have chosen a different hotel? Why wait until 20 minutes after check-in to tell us, especially when the front desk was just a short walk from our room? Furthermore, the towel rack in our room was broken, and both the armchair and the electric kettle were so dirty I didn't dare to use them. We ended up leaving the hotel before 9 AM the next morning. We are extremely disappointed with our stay.
