Perfectly pleasant property – all the staff were lovely and location is great – it was very rundown for the price – peeling wallpaper, threabare carpet and despite double glazing it was very noisy from the main road in the room we had. Should add the property was spotless and the breakfast was fantastic..

This Guest house is run by a family who obviously care. We stayed only one night to "crash" between flights, our room was modern and spotlessly clean. The location is quiet and only a 30 minute taxi ride to Gatwick airport. I enjoyed my morning stroll through the village while waiting to go on the rest of our journey, a refreshing break from the hustle of travelling.

Nice little hotel/lodge room ideal location for Gatwick airport and good price too ,room was very clean and spacious modern look to it ,check in and out was simple .and only five mins walk into Horley town for food drink etc

Ideal stay for early airport check in .

One night stay and perfect location before heading to airport . Slept peacefully with no disturbances . Polite and helpful staff. Ensuite had the bonus of a bath as well as a shower.

Nice hotel, convenient for the airport. However the reception isn't open 24/7 and they didn't leave us enough soap and shampoo in the room for two people, and we couldn't ask for more. There was also an emergency exit with a green light in the room that was on the whole night, very hard to sleep when there's a green light shining the whole night...
