Horiyamashita Vacations

This is by far my favorite hotel that I've stayed in in Tokyo and I'll always leave a review every time I stay here. Despite being about an 8 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, the location connected directly to Sunshine City Mall and the proximity to all the stores in Otome Road make this hotel the prime location for the last few days of my Japan trips to get all my shopping in. There's a convenient Family Mart located downstairs by the elevators and the lobby, luggage forwarding to different hotels, and direct access to the Airport Limousine that goes right to Haneda/Narita Airport so no need to deal with crowded trains or a taxi. Highly recommend the Deluxe Twin Room on a Panorama Floor for a bit more space and an unbeatable view!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Niwa Tokyo! The hotel strikes a wonderful balance between traditional Japanese design and modern comfort. The peaceful gardens, thoughtful details, and calming atmosphere made it such a special place to come back to after long days exploring Tokyo. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing it felt despite being in such a busy city. It was a fantastic introduction to Japanese hospitality and a wonderful home base for our first trip to Japan together. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!
