Yes they charge a security deposit and will not refund it but they will give u phone number and from there well the chase is on and in the end you will be out 150$ just like I was !!!!

Parking is to expensive and the deposit is too high besides that it’s very clean and nice room

Great location, within a short walking distance of the Grand Central Market, the MOCA, and Disney Concert Hall. Stayed during its opening week. It's a newly renovated building right in downtown LA. Would stay again and will be recommending.

Hotel and pool area are beautiful. Property is very quiet. Restaurant looked overpriced and fairly basic so we did not eat there.

I've stayed at this property many times throughout the years, even before it was the Delphi. And I must say that the new owners have really stepped things up! The pool and rooftop are one of the best venues in all of downtown L.A., in my opinion. The rooms are great! And the staff is friendly and helpful. And it is reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommend!
