This is a beautiful space and is very close to the Hot Springs and to the beach. The check in procedure was a little confusing but the staff was quick and helpful. The shared area was really good.

Check out time is 10 not 11. They charge you $85 if stayed extra hour. Bed sheets are dirty. Shower is leaky. Tub is disgusting, has black things floating on top. We didn’t even use the tub. It’s dripping the whole night. The plug was broken so the tub was almost filled. It’s at a good location convenient, but I won’t got again.

Overall it was a good experience and our family made some great memories! For the price I expected a little more in the details. The top of the kitchen cabinets are very visible for the loft and were very dusty. The beams in the living room were also dirty with some paper or something hanging on them. Several bibs are missing or broken, several light bulbs were out, down of the dishes were put back but not clean. There was a bandaid on the floor keeping some parts of the flooring together and the fans that were in the unit were dirty and old some don’t even work. The views are amazing and the loft is a nice feature but the balcony door off the kitchen is super dangerous as even locked one pull of the handle and your 2 year old is out there. The master bedroom door should have a lock for parents and th a master bedroom bathroom lock does not work. The drain in the tub for the master bath also doesn’t function properly. I ordered a pack and play ahead of time for our almost 2 year old to sleep in but it wasn’t in the room when we got there. I had to call a couple times to make sure we had one in time for her to sleep. We still very much enjoyed the unit and all the space it had. Some attention to the details would have made the stay a 5 star. Thank you for hosting us and allowing us this special time as a family together. We haven’t had a vacation in a very long time and although short it was very memorable. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here with our large family and really enjoyed it! Will definitely come back. Beds were comfortable and units were big enough for our family to be comfortable. It was very clean, outside of some crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen could we stocked a little better, but it wasn’t terrible. Great views and a bonus to have the roof top to hangout! We will be back.
