“This is a very old building … 400-500 years old so bound to be some creaky floorboards etc…. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating regarding our early check in … breakfast was just lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ”

“Basic accommodation but certainly clean, comfortable and an excellent night’s sleep. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts are really good. And it’s brilliant just to be able to tumble into bed above the bar where you’ve been enjoying live music. Great value for money (and we are repeat visitors !) ”
