“Spaen var fantastisk og op til 4 ud af 5 stjerner. Den sidste stjerne skyldes antallet af bade og rense muligheder som ikke er til stede. Men deres service var tip top. Hotellet middag er dog til 5 stjerner med pil opad. Det var helt fantastisk og med udsøgt vin menu.”

“Service is a disaster in all ways. If you are out till late and arrive to the hotel, the door is closed, no one replies to the buzzer and the mobile number displayed in the door no one picks up. Dont bother calling for any help including 911/112. You might end up locked out. The facility needs some taking care of. Its a beautiful building but not well maintained. Some tiles are missing or lose. Check-out is simple. They just say bye and dont even ask “how was your stay?” So you can share...
