Great last minute stay to break up the journey. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast was brilliant. Plus the room and outside areas were great. The only downside is that the room was incredibly hot and even with the fan which was provided it was really hot still. Definitely staying again when we’re in the area, just hopefully not when it’s 34 degrees outside 😂

Window blinds was ripped, tea provided was too limited & toilet roll was too thin. Also breakfast was below standard, it was look worm & baked beans was too watery lack taste. Bed provided for child (aged 14) was not up to standard as compared to other hotels I have been to. I loved the grounds & tranquil nature of the surroundings. Also, I found reception staff helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent stay and wonderful grounds and peaceful. Lovely breakfast and enjoyable but only feedback would be that a few more options on the continental breakfast would have been nice. And coffee machine made warm coffee not hot. Overall I would definitely stay again, staff were so nice and our room was just amazing. Loved this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back to stay again.

The scenery was amazing, the animals and outdoor was very nice, upon travelling 4+ hours to the venue I expected amazing service. The hotel rooms were not clean, cobwebs, fake nails, dust and flies were found in the rooms, At one point a maintenance man walked into my room in the morning whilst I was in the room with my two children which I felt very unsafe with, I spoke to a lady in the phone a day before travelling to the venue who confirmed my rooms would be together as I have small children only to find they were in separate buildings, staff were very slow and a little unprofessional when communicating with each other. I paid in cash and no change was available resulting me in borrowing money from family members. The z bed we were given was broken and more like a hammock, for the price point I think more care needs to be taken of the comfort for the guests, do not disturb signs should be available, I spent more time thinking about my belongings than I did to enjoy the wedding, water should also be available in the rooms complimentary as the weather was extremely hot but that is just an extra.
