Not bad. Could be much better.

Nice hotel. Rooms were very nice. It was a bit loud, but you are staying in a downtown area, so that is to be expected. The pool was a let down...I expected much more for the price. There is also this weird offer that is almost pushed on you to see another property in exchange for a $125 Amex card. I didnt go since I dont care about a gift card attached to a timeshare presentation, but, be warned. It is AGGRESSIVELY pushed!

Nice, clean hotel. We were busy visiting sights, that we did not take advantage of the pool and other offerings on site, so I cannot comment on them. Shops, restaurants and public transportation within easy walking distance.

The staff was very helpful. The receptionist gave me two HOLO cards ( bus cards) that some leaving customers gave her. I just added money to the cards to use them. The valet guy gave good information about restaurants nearby.

close to sundry shops but not restaurants, one way traffic pattern, small room for a Wyndham Resort, room not ready for a couple of hours, parking way too expensive & inconvenient--no access to items left in vehicle unless I paid the valet, all employees very nice and cordial--love the staff, board of directors probably money grubbbers from looking at costs, would fire them if I could

I couldn't give a compete review, ony my experience. The booking agency or the hotel lost or accidentally cancelled my reservation and refused us entry after paing in full in advance and sending me a confirmation email about my stay the day before.

The suite was bigger than expected. Toaster, coffee maker, microwave/bar fridge and dishes/cutlery/glassware/stoage containers. Towels in request. Beach towels that you could actually take to the beach. Pool waa small. Wrist band access key that gives you discounts at restaurants. Construction in the area which obviously they can't control. Servicing one of the 3 elevator currently during the day but available after work hours. Pleasant concierge and activity planners. Small ABC shop half a block away. No restaurant in the hotel. Free laundry in hotel. Small gym included dumbell rack.

The employees are wonderful. The only setback was when we were invited to go to timeshare presentation. Tiffany and Katie was the worst employee representing that Wyndham company. We were treated bad. They started nice but when we said we needed to look at our finances, things change and we were treated pretty bad! I’m the kind of person who likes to save our money and likes to pay off our debt faster we were there for over 2 1/2 hours. We told them we needed to get something to eat first because we hadn’t eaten anything since the day before. Our last day of vacation was ruined! They wouldn’t let us leave unless we sign right there and then. Really sucks! Maybe in the future will not stay at Wyndham location. Even though the employees at the resorts was wonderful, those 2 women ruined everything!

On the day of my arrival less than 5 hours before my check in, I received a call, not from the hotel itself but, rather a call center indicating that my reservation has been replaced or move to other hotel due to their “customers time share”. I booked this hotel and paid in full 8 month prior to my arrival but at the last minute I was told my reservation has been replace. They gave me the choice of taking the replacement or cancel the reservation. What other choice do I have when I’m already on my way and had reserved/planed my stay for 6 nights. I did not receive no email confirming these changes or agreed to any of this and I had to ask them to email it to me. And had to call the actual hotel to confirm if this was really happening. This was really inconvenient and unprofessional with business. I had always stayed with Wyndham due to their best customer service and how professional the hotel is handle. But this experience however has me puzzled, unsettling and that I was not as an important like their “time share customer”. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.
