Air conditioning was amazing. Walk into a cold room after a day at the beach. Staff were very friendly, let us leave our bags after check out because of our later flight time. It’s an older hotel but there’s nothing wrong with it. Close walk to the beach and lagoon. Convenience store in the lobby was great. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Didn’t realize that this was not a traditional hotel so check in was in a tucked away office. Desk was only manned until 10pm. We arrived just before it closed but the staff was super helpful and waited past 10 pm for me to return the luggage cart. I’m glad I arrived under the wire. Not the most convenient situation for our late arrival.

The room was clean for the most part. We didn’t like that the bed was too high. My toddler had rolled off one night. The kitchen was useful. Has everything we needed. The Japanese tub was kind of high so have to be careful. Location was great and walkable to many places. Staff were helpful and friendly. long stay housekeeping, they only do trash and towels.

This room was in a part of the hotel that is not upgraded. Plus it only offers city views on lower floors. It was very noisy outside our 3rd floor room and made it difficult to sleep. Cars, motorcycles, many sirens in the night kept us awake. If you’re going for lower prices this may be for you. The location was good. Near the beach and next to Hilton Hawaiian Village.
