お部屋も広くてビューも素敵で非常に快適に過ごすことができました。基本完璧で最高です． ただ現在ホテル内が工事中で、フロントの6階が閉まっていたり、レストランへは階段で行かないといけなかったりと不便なところも多々ありました． 私たちのプランには1日50ドルのサービスが付いていたのですが、まとめて使えなかったので非常に勝手が悪かった．最終日のベットメイキングがあれ？掃除してくださった?という感じですそれが残念でした。

The room was nice. In one of the bathrooms the handle of the toilet was broke so it was hard to flush. During the majority of the visit the cable was not working which was really annoying especially when we couldn’t watch the superbowl from our room. There was construction going on that was ok but also annoying. We upgraded to have a washer and dryer and the combo system was terrible. It was so loud and if I wanted to dry my clothes it didn’t dry them very well. Other than that it was a great location and a very nice view. The staff were all friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The staff was fantastic. Doug made us feel welcome at the start with a great upgrade offer. The suite was amazing. The location is a perfect launching pad for a beach vacation. All of the staff at Ka La’i went above and beyond just doing their job. Everyone was so helpful and extremely friendly and pleasant. Did not come across not even one rude staff member. Whenever we arrived with our car to the hotel we were always greeted by Kawika or when we would leave for the day he was there. He was an exceptional employee. Always pleasant and ready and willing to answer any questions or give suggestions or just ask if you needed anything. An exceptional Hotel with exceptional individuals to make you feel at home.

改装中でしたので工事に伴う不便さはありましたが、スタッフの気遣いでカバーされました。 部屋は非常に眺めの良いお部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。宿泊したフロアは工事をしていなかったので静かに過ごせました。 キッチンがあるので購入した材料で作ることができました。毎日外食が続くと胃腸が疲れてくるので助かりました。近くにハレクラニベーカリーがあり、朝、焼きたてクロワッサンを買ってラナイで海を眺めながら食べると幸せな気持ちになりました。 ちょうど帰る前日にエントランスの囲いが取られて新しいエントランスをちょっとだけ見ることができました。来年は完全リニューアルしたカ・ライに再訪いたします。今から楽しみです。
