Me and my girlfriend stayed here for approximately I believe it was four or five days amenities unreal staff friendly courteous helpful overall pleasant day we will definitely be coming back in the future anytime we go to Honolulu we plan on staying at this but at this location I mean fantastic room anytime we left room service came in or excuse me they came in and cleaned the room up it happened to be my girlfriend's birthday we got a complimentary bottle of champagne with some complimentary cookies we didn't even ask for them they basically just as well was a reason for our stay and with that information they ran with it made the overall experience amazing

Valet was perfect and timely with the utmost care. Love that Dean and Deluca was downstairs and their ABC market as well. Definite resort living.

We had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach. Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect—close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views. Breakfast was amazing, with delicious food and a beautiful view. We also really enjoyed having two restaurants right on the property, which made dinner very convenient, and the food was excellent as well. What really stood out was the service. Every employee we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. Overall, a beautiful property with great views, delicious food, excellent service, and a fantastic location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

The property was modern great location close to everything but the pools were small the adult pool almost never had seats since it is so small the service at the family pool was really poor the housekeeping staff also was not great for a ritz property the worst was a he mattress hard as a rock we called to have a topper put on and they brought a mattress pad instead worst back ache ever not the quality of a ritz property with these nightly fees
