Great pool, great location, but the elevators don’t ever work at the same time. Rooms are not recently renovated but really how long do you stay in your room. The a/c is super good though and does a great job at dehumidifying the rooms so you sleep like a baby. Staff, especially housekeeping are the best. I’ll stay there again for sure.

The hotel is nearly across the street from the beach which makes the location close to all of downtown Waikiki. There was cleaning service daily and they even gave us two waters each day without having pay which was nice. My only issue was having to pay for parking in the hotel. I understand if you’re not staying in the hotel but if you’re staying in the hotel parking should be free.

Waikīkī is busy and noisy 24/7. Its great to be in the center of it all and so close to the beach, but don’t expect quiet even 20 or 30 floors above.
