The property charges extra fees upon check in that are not included in Expedia price. They call it a “facilities charge” or something along that line. They also up charged me at the shop that’s connected to the desk and charge a 250$ hold on your card as a deposit. Overall it’s a place where I felt they were trying to scam me out of random dollars, it felt shady and not upfront. The property condition is rusty and sticky, even in the rooms. The AC doesn’t work well and there are very limited outlets to charge up. The best part was the shuttle to and from The airport, this place is fine if you have a layover but the shadiness made me feel it would be better to avoid.

I couldn’t check in my flight was delayed and ended up canceled due to weather and the person I called there at the hotel was rude they can be.wasn’t helpful and disrespectful. I need my money back or rebook for another hotel for another future date.

Dirty room. Cockroaches. Loud bar/club downstairs. Immediate area felt unsafe. Will never visit this property again
